    m-36 panzer

I think this is the tunic I enjoy most in my collection. It got everything I like to see: soiling, small moth damage, honest wear. (used bot not abused)

The Iron Cross ribbon in second buttonhole is original but added by me.
But the question is will I still like it after your reply?

Feel free to ask for more pictures. I know this ones was bad...

Hi Hasse, a very nice tunic Thanks for posting it for us all to see. I would very much like to see more of your collection!
You say that you added the EKII ribbon? Was this to replace where one once sat? Were the badge loops on the tunic? Just wondering.
              Cheers, Ade.

Its always nice to hear positive feedback. My family and friends dont like my collection much
The loops is original to the tunic. And the EKII ribbon is just a "fantasy" adding by me. I have not stitch it into place, just pulled it thrue the buttonhole.
I found some old loose stitching in the wool where the ekII ribbon should be. So im absolutly sure there once was one here.
But in some reason it had been removed

Anyone feel free to ask for more pictures or info!
                Best regards!

                  Very nice tunic.

Are the collar tabs original to the tunic? because the shoulder boards are not bottle-green, and IMO, of the later-model.

Are there more handwritings on the tunic? because this "MEP" looks like typical Russian (movie studio) markings. They add more "character" and some history-details to the uniform.

Thank you for the information of the "MEP" markings. I dident know that.

And now about the collar tabs. Well I'm quite sure they are original to the tunic.
1: They are correctly machinesewn (I have added a photo)
2: No old thread or stitching markings is visable
I think they are correct anyway, anyone else?

Hopefully that one stays on display and not under the bed! Just kidding.

The later straps on the earlier tunic is not unusual, so no particular cause for concern. The field gray straps actually came out quite early in the war and are frequent;y seen on tunics with the dark green collar.

It is a very attractive looking uniform. Thanks for posting it.
