Tailor made 5 button infantry tunic???

Hello,
I came across this tunic today, I would like some opinions on it, thanks for any help..
the shoulder boards are sliip on but the tunic does not have the standard little style strap for slip on, the boards are almost sewn on.
There are shoulder paddings inside and the belt hooks are sewn in, no belt hook straps...

the top pockets are stitched to the tunic on the corners, this one side corner is undone so I have a picture of the inside reinforcement inside the top lip of the pocket, different material/color material..
