      its saying repro to me
Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

No lining? I wonder if this might be a movie prop?

It doesn't look that bad from those pictures, though more detailed ones are needed.
It's maybe the so called economy model

Adler is very new looking as compared to tunic. Gold buttons?
I have some serious doubts. Definitly need more photos.

Whatever it is I don't even think its German...
Perhaps its been dyed field-gray to resemble something German?
No belt supports, golden color buttons, lacks lining material?
                      suspicious eagle for starters...
and what about the collar ghosts??

Looks really repro to me.. button holes are not Key hole style they look like the setting on my sewing machine.. No inside liner, no belt hook holes, buttons look Post War, and the pockets don't look right.

                          I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole

The tunic is not a period German tunic. There are so many things wrong with it I don't know where to start. It lacks details such as chest darts as a start. The cut of the tunic's lapel and collar are also wrong. I don't like the look of the material either. I think it is a early, big name repro tunic. I would like to see the lining.

I agree it is not WWII.
