Help on a Stug Wrap

I am thinking of buying this Stug Wrap. Weitze has it on hold for me.
I have owned a lot of "standard" tunics but this is my first wrapper. Looks good to me though. What you think?

I don't know a lot about wraps but IMO the insignia are replaced after the war.

I have got one-two wrap in my collection, but this is not that one which I would be happy in.

Please let me know in what details you can see that the insignias are replaced.
