Help with eagle

I recently encountered a white bevo breast eagle on a dark blue background. It was advertised as "kreigsmarine". Any thoughts on this?

Greetings John,

It is most likely a Kriegsmarine Admin enlisted eagle. Johnny vd. Heijden has a very nice first pattern one. Maybe he will post it.
