Help identifying neck order ribbon attachment

Help gents! Can anyone identify the two ribbons afixed to a Major of Artillery warrenrock I own?? The red/white/red ribbon is sewn under the front tunic , button hole side, between the first and second buttons. There is no mating attachment on the opposite side of the tunic, nor is there any attaching mechanism on the ribbon itself! (at least now). Any help appreciatd.

The white red white is a Croatian Commander grade. Either a Iron Trifoil or a Order of the Crown of Zwonimir on war ribbon.

The red white red is a Italian Commander of the Crown order.
