Straps and tabs have a chance but I am not sure by these pictures, skulls are bad, the wrap is a repro, materials and construction are totally wrong, sorry my thumb is down here.

I would say the collar tabs are bad as well (rayon piping might be original)

The tab stitching is way off being acceptable, actually being sloppy.

Take a look at the one on the collectors guild site for comparison.
