i give up on taking a clearer shot. Although hard to see there a five distinct "parts" under the wing vs the 4 on a repro. They are separated by a thin thread.

Ah, Frankfurt 86 and 87, I was there both years for the shows in the Sporthalle or whatever it was those were the good days or 3 DM to 1 dollar. Did you see the S&M looking skinhead woman in the black vinyl body suit and ridng crop? I am pretty sure that was 87, too funny.

I also think it is an unrestored original jacket. Very nice.

Text book final pattern tropical tunic with straight pocket flaps and no pleats.
(limited use in Tunisia in 1943 with replacement troops, but by some picky collectors not considered a true DAK campaign tunic)

A good 3rd pattern.
Looks period sewn with the thread I'd like to see used (That used to construct the tunic). Hard to get with period sewn insignia - Well Done.
