Fake BeVo breast eagle?

I just removed this eagle from sale after a mamber pointed out it might be a repro. I got this eagle in a lot with other original insignias and did not check it up properly.

Whats the verdict?

One pointer is the 4 segment section visible on each wing.

It should have 5 segments on each wing.

4 segments is ok on original cap eagles but not on original breast eagles.
