Hello Gentlemen,
I thought I would share my latest acquisition, which is a very rare transitional tunic in the development of the German WWII feldbluse. It has the dark feldgrau badge cloth collar, which is in between the field gray collar (without badge cloth) and the later dark blue green badge cloth of the M36 tunic.
Please see the definitive reference book on the subject of German tunics, 'Feldbluse, The German soldier's field tunic, 1933-45', by our good friends Laurent Huart & Jean-Philippe Borg.
Thank you,
Curtiss
