Rookie in need of shoulderboard help!

I'm a rookie when it comes to German military items and I need some help. I was offered this board, but I don't know anything about it. The man who offered it to me, told me to take it, research it and tell him what a fair price would be. Could you guys tell me, first what it is and second what is a fair price? Thanks in advance.

Nice original Wehrmacht "Heeres Unteroffizierschule" NCO shoulder board.
"US" cypher = the NCO school cypher
2nd smaller letter is the location. I guess this one is a "T" maybe?
Perhaps the NCO school in "Tretow" ? or if its a "D"perhaps Unteroffizierschule des Heeres in "Delitzsch"

no disrespect here but $125 for a single mothed Unteroffizier Schule Oberfelwebel shouldstrap, this is a bit expensive IMO...

I would not consider $125.00 an unreasonable price for this strap. While the mothing does detract from it some, it is a rare strap. US (Schule) straps are harder to find the school letter adds to the value.
