DRK-tunic : HELP!!!

Obtained a Deutsches Rotes Kreuz-tunic with trousers from family in Germany. But I need some detailed information on this tunic. the tunic seems brand-new, it is never used. me knowlegde on this type of tunics is nihil, so...
schoulderboards are missing, and -I compared mine with a picture on Weitze.com- I'm afraid that the rough cotton linning is also missing so I need some photos of the interieur. there are no markerscodes/date.

is it possible that the tunic is post-war.
some help would be appriciated.
