Panzer collar tabs+shoulder boards

Someone offered these to me and as I am mainly a dagger collector I don't have a clue if these are real or repro.
I guess someone can give me an expert opinion based on the 2 pictures I have.

Shoulder boards, can't tell. Collar tabs are definite repro.

I find the whole set suspicious, most especially the collar tabs which are 100% bogus. The skulls are cheap copies and the piping around the collar tabs is incorrect. Better leaving these alone.
