its a tiger verband sleeve patch worn by a german special unit secretly aiding the americans in viet nam.

iam sure its just some weird cvie thing that fell into the group, just making sure iam not tossing out some rare azad hind thing or so.

uh oh,,maybe i shouldnt be laughing, the guy i got this from has a german marina tiger verbande grouping and this was part of it i believe
