      Here's an interesting period image of a Barndenburger Officer. The tunic is either Austrian or Hungarian...
      Typical Austro-Hungarian style pocket flaps! Note hidden buttons fly front and old fashioned stand up collar folded down,
      which explains the lack of collar tabs!

        I came across this image of some soldiers training. They all appear to be wearing the modified Austrian jacket.

                    Those Luftwaffe related General LuftZeugmeister uniforms are probably French or Belgian re-works...
                    leaning more towards French...Belgian overcoats are usually double breasted...

                        The picture I was thinking of is of Oberstleutnant Rudolfsky, the commander of Lipizzaner stable in Hostau. Sorry! Very nice tunic.
