      my austrian tunic collections.

      here is mu austrian tunics.
      all tunics are converted after anschluss as well,
      these were not czech reworked one, cause of czech tunic wool was all brownish
      fabric,is hard to redyed into feldgrau.


      just one tunic from the left is dyed into darkgreenish. however it does not seem brownish color.

        summer light weight tunic

        Here are the other austrian tunic



        scaropped pocket one is normaly tunic

        but kahki one is extremely rare AlpenJager summer tunic made out of HBT.

        such as kahki HBT fabric often used internal clothes especialy austrian tunic.

            especially,I have beeing collecting unusual tunics nor M36,40,41,42,43,44
            here is great sample of it.
            that tunics I believe that it is reissued slovak
            because of my guess from my collection,reissued slovak tunic,and fabric sheet.
            that is slovak one.
            and as same time slovak army used same color of tunic between german and slovak

              This is a beautiful Czechoslovakian tunic reworked to WH GJ tunic.

                that tunic is mint one, since I have been collecting those items,
                but it hardly get easily.I am so lucky!!

                soon I will ahow you slovak over coat and side cap!!

                              Very nice tunic Grant, these were often used for basic training to conserve new and standard issue tunics and saw heavy wear. Later they were issued to support units and in the end line units were using them. Yours has a nice salty look with period repairs.
