Hi Sergey, the stampings are the size markings for the jacket.

Upper left is for the length of the back. 42cm
Upper right is for the collar size. 41cm
Lower left is for the total lenght of the body. 68cm
Lower right is for the arm length. 63cm
The middle number is for the chest size. 102cm
The B/41 stands for the depot and year; in this case "Berlin 1941".
