I can't give you an informed opinion on this one, but I do know for anyone to give a positive or negative on this they will need much better pics especially of the back.

Based on these photos would pass on this one, Agree with Todd, better back/front photo needed to be 100% sure, (but from the one back pic) inside O looks like a diamond not oval, and R & P dots match too much.
