Help in Identifying Chevron

Hi need help identifying this Chevron. The cloth is bluish black. The beck of the Chevron (V) seams to made out of lather.

Never sow anything like it. Thx for the help.

Hi Wolffen,
this looks to be a typical naval sleeve rating. Checking uniforms and trad. of the K.M it mentions on page 83 `that those of the field -grey moleskin blouses were gold tresse or soutache braid on a field of moleskin fabric.

Could this be it????

Better picks and pick of the back. Also the gold line in the middle looks and feels like fine golden bullion. Back thinks it latex the natural plastic made form rubber (km2)

So it defintly a km Chevron?
