I would AVOID all printed volunteer patches in this style stitched on field-grey wool backing!!!

Well known modern fakes. On ebay very often you can find them for a couple of dollars – the whole choice of nationalities is available, even the most obscure and remote.

definitely fake

I can testify to that statement. I recall many of these coming out of Israel, but as stated previously, you can find tons of these on Ebay. Completely fake.
