Help in IDing two pairs of shoulder boards needed.....

Hello! I have these two pair of shoulder boards that I believe are German. My problem I have no idea what they were for or the age of them. I know the police use many colors but have no reference books on them. They do not glow in the dark--any and all help would be most welcomed! Thanks, Mike

The yellow pair are Hauptmeister of Wasserschutzpolizei. Pips on Meister boards are weird... they usually don't show as a distinct "rank" and apparently have something to do with seniority. Not sure from the glittery looking pips if they might not be post-war.

The green pair look like early Third Reich/late Weimar (green interior loops, not brown) SchuPo, Obermeister, BUT: I have never seen SUBDUED Polizei boards, always aluminum thread. So again, might be West German.
