    Hello,

You think you are the soldiers of the 30th day of their battles in France. With the cross on the tab? The "SS" or the same collar paws as 13 SD?! The Weissruthenian badge or the badge with a diagonal on the arm?

    Thank you for your answers

      Hi Georg,

      1. There are photos of cross tab in wear, however people who wear them, are members of BKA (Belarus Home Defence) units. There were both red and black tabs worn.
      2. From all the photos of 30th SS and the previous unit 13 SD bat. that I have seen – all of them wear blank black collar tabs. The officers wear the same blank black collar tab with piping – SD style .
      3. The Weissruthenian badge was intended for Belarus employees in Org. Todt. The one with diagonal red stripe appears on the SS map, so it might have been intended for the Belarus SD/SS units. Printed copies of this patch exist, but there is no record of such patch ever worn. Most Belarus volunteers in SD/SS wore large locally made shield with vertical red stripe.

      Cheers
