EM w/ officer's eagles on walking out uniforms?

I seem to remember seeing a reference that said that officer's breast eagles could be worn by enlisted men on walking out uniforms. Can anyone confirm?

Hi Chri, yes, that is correct. They could wear them on private purchase uniforms.
