    In cases like this, the customer should inquire at his local post office and with the Customs agency. Sometimes they set a parcel aside, and its forgotten until someone asks for it. It shouldn't happen, but it does.

        Is it gone? This thing will resurface somewhere at a show or on a website. That is a shame, it is a very nice tunic. I am sorry, that is too bad.

            That is too bad. Sorry. When it is international it is hard to do much. Sad situation.

              The receiver should go to the German Post or customs office in his area with a copy (email scan etc) of the mailing receipt for the tunic and ask about it....in many of these cases the delay is at customs.
