Hey guys,
Here are some items I picked up from a women, father deceased.
Along with this was 2 rifles, a Japanese rifle with bayo and some other with Arab writing dated 1934.
Party flag, armbands, ribbon bars, 3 American uniforms with lots of medals, patches.
What you think?

Arabic you say - maybe a Turkish Mauser?

Yes Arabic with on top has a half moon with star above it with T C.
Under the moon is AS.FA ANKARA 1934.
Nice crack around the stock by the trigger guard.
Then the writing around the left side, maybe Turkish or Egyptian?

Hi Gary, given that Ankara is the Turkish capital, I would say it is from that country.

I figured since this is the German thread I would refrain from posting the American uniforms.
But since some collectors collect both, any info on the American items would be greatly appreciated, before I post them on the American section.

I never noticed that one in there. Agreed it looks very suspect, what with the numbers/lettering under the eagle.
