Who wore this eagle ???

Does anyone have any ides who wore this eagle ?? I am thinking forestry or something along that line . It is Gray on Dark Green .

George "Chuckles" O'Maley wore this eagle from 1976-1984. How big is it? The legs are pretty thin there.

I would post it in political, I am not sure it is real with the legs but it may be something that those guys know about.

Its a repro in my opinion, look at the sloppy detail in the wreath and the legs. Straight up BS. matt
