    Polux foreign volunteers collection

    Hello,

In the environment of the 1980's, I began to interest in the history of the German army. I began by buying books then naturally I began to buy my first documents (Soldbuch, Wehrpass, awards a diploma, etc...) some decorations and badges in tissue. In 1994, I bought my first badges of foreign volunteers. Since this date, I dedicate a particular interest for the foreign volunteers. Afterward, thanks to some traders but mainly thanks to several members of this forum (they will recognize here ), I was able to complete my collection. I was not still able to acquire quite the badges relative to the foreign volunteers but I pursue patiently my collection. I have the chance now to possess an interesting collection and further to the example of Askold, I think that it is time to take advantage of it the members of this forum. Contrary to Askold, I do not expose my documents and badges. They are deposited in a sure place under the theft and under the light. In the images which are going to follow, you will discover most of the badges in tissue of my collection and some documents. I hold myself to your disposal to answer your possible questions.

    Cordial greetings.

    Polux

                              Two questions:

                              1. What kind of cossack shield is in the top left corner - black and yellow. I never seen such combination.

                              2. In Kroatian photo you seem to have soldbuch in cyrillic text - is that for Serbian Defence Corps?
