Can you give me an opinion on this collar. It has been told that it´s a Wehrmacht issue. Any ideas?

Looks like a standard civvy shirt collar of the era. Nothing to make this military issue that I can see?

it is WWII Period but civilian, the military style collars are "liners" and do not have the tips extending out like a modern shirt and your example.
