Lanyard - Artillery?

Hi,
I posted a bad pic of this several years ago; now have better pix. The felt back has a mark "H." and something else I can't make out. Any ideas?

This is a marksmanship lanyard for artillery or gunners etc. grade three.

The ink stamp will be a makers mark.

The most common markings, when any are found on the back of the lanyard rosettes, are "T&S" and "T&H."
