Thanks for the comments guys. Here is one cut from an EM M43. My favorite M43 caps are examples with machine sewn insignia. This cap had a very blue cast to the wool, wish it had never been cut.

Great cut M43s John! You have done well. I certainly agree that machine sewn eagles are rare on these caps. I think all my eagles are hand sewn. Traps excluded.Willi
