              True, but when you can't afford the whole kebab, these items are a nice middleground. They certainly have much more character than items that were neatly snipped off of the original uniforms, and far more than the ones that never saw a uniform at all..

                        Not from Manions, but from an old collection where it has been since the 70s or earlier. I would never buy anything from Manions and very rarely from dealers. I like your shield!

                          It is my understanding the ROA were issued with Russian style pullovers made from captured French Horizon Blue material. Maybe yours is that material.
