I just got some more LW collars. They were an auction lot, and I don't think from the same tunic.

That's really something! I think I've seen that one at the Ruptured Duck years back, or one like it.

Great eagle(s) Mark. I've never seen anything like that before! What's the color of the HBT? Looks almost brown in the photo.

                    Thanks for sharing!

                        Luftwaffe Engineer officer tabs

Super hard to find set, especially cut-off a tunic.

                        Cheers,
                        Howard

If anyone is wanting to sell any cut-off insignia, please let me know!

Nice stuff - cutoff insignia has so much more character to it than uncut stuff taken from a factory...
More coastal artillery, from a tunic that ended up as moth food.

Thanks Howard. Sorry to edge you out, but glad to know you saw and liked them. I don't know about the Eastern People's boards. Still kicking myself for not grabbing those LW officer's tabs from you while I had the chance a few years back! ..................Willi, the one on the collar is so oily or something I had trouble telling if it was brown or yellow! I had to compare it to others and see it in sunlight. Could have been ground crew.

Thanks for posting those, Fred. I think the moth food angle explains more than a few of these pieces. I like seeing that colour of gray tunic cloth. It's a lot like the ones I have. - Bob
