Militär Verwaltung Belgien badge, fake?

Hello guys and gals!

I have here (sorry for bad photos) a badge for Militär Verwaltung Belgien und N.Frankereich which I believe is fake, BUT I am now expert at this area, heck I don´t know a s*it about these badges, so can anyone tell me more?

I hope this is the right forum to post this in, otherwise feel free to move it to the right/proper place.

personaly I would say a repro. The eagles head and beak look strange for an eagles head, the detail is very poor, the enameling looks bad

I would expect a different pin on a badge this size as well.

The pin is consistent with other examples I have seen, however the wings seem to be missing the lower row of feathers.
