Sashes

These look like civilian items, Religious/Secret Society or German Franternity sashes with the skulls. Based on the construction and colors I think probably pre NS.

Sure, I do not know the different Lodge and order abbreviations in Germany but it should be easy to figure out. You can check but I think it may be something else as well.
