3 Pairs of Shoulder Boards

here are scans of 3 pairs of boards that I've bought some years ago from a "manufactor's factory find". I have always had doubts about it. The tresse looks like the NVA type, and at collector or gun shows you can buy similars as copy.
Have I bought the story instead of the product?
