opion on tunic M36 M40 ?

this tunic is offered to me. I'd like some opinions on. Is it a M36 or a modified M40?

look good so far,but where are the belt hooks holes?

I don't like the "snitt" of the right hand front. It goes in an angle. I think is should straight.

Here are my concerns:

1. Scallop pockets look odd.

2. Rayon lining is not typical on M36, M40, or M41 Heer tunics.

3. Lack of support hook holes, even if taylored

4. Lack of hanger loop in the neck

5. Color of collar tabs

6. Sewing construction

7. Eagle application

I would stay away from the one. It would be a converted M41 but it has many unusual features as Frank pointed out. If it is real it is very atypical. For what I imagine it costs I would not play ball.

Looks like it is depot dated 1940? Is the dark green collar sewn over the factory collar?
