need help to Leinen Uniform / Uboat ?

hello Guys

please help me . i need help to this leinen uniform .
i think it is a german uboat uniform , but i'am not sure .
the blouse is a art drill material the color is green . strange breast pockets .

the pants material is leinen . on the back side , two pocket with zipper . the material of the zipper is iron . on the zipper is maket the name ECLAIR - BTE - SDGD . the ends of legs narrow with 2 bottons .

Set

The material and construction is WWII era but I have not seen a set like this before. Is is patterned after typical work clothes? The zippers are odd for issue pants but no one has seen everything.
