    Hi,

    I was just figure out if this example is linked to Army or German paramilitary organisation ?

    It is a button for shoulderboards. The number stands for the regiment (please correct me, if I twisted something). They where used in ww1 as well as in ww2. I have no doubts in originality and that it is of german origin.

      It's a HJ Gefolgschafts button because no unit of the Heer had 37 companies !
