    OK, I'll give it a shot then, if no one else does...
    The tunic is for a Wehrmachtsbeamter (official), if memory serves me right it is from the Bauverwaltung (construction administration).
    It looks original, but the collar patches look a bit odd - quite narrow and not very angled.

      Hi

      The tunic look good. The administrator soldiers did not follow the standard regulations in terms of uniforms. I also has an administrator eagle that was not the standard officers embroided eagle. I would ask the collectors that specialize in administration uniforms why this tunic do not have the standard administrators collar patches? Please look at my example with "standard" lower rank officers collar patches?

        I think the tabs are OK per se, although I think they may have been resewn at some point. The black Nebenfarbe on the tabs sort of blends in with the dark green badge cloth, but it looks to be there.
