    Opinions on Army cloth patches!

    Hi Guys,

    I was at an auction this weekend where a hell of a lot of German stuff was on sale. Unfortunately, the viewing was at 12 Noon, and the auction started at 18:oohrs, and I only arrived there at 18:15hrs!!!

    As a result, I was unable to view ANY of the items on auction, and only bid on a lot of the following cloth patches. Please could you guys give me some indication as to whether I wasted my money or Not!?
    I believe some of them to be without doubt, Original, but others have a question mark hanging over them!!
    First in line are the 3 Technical flying personal badges! They`re all different in the embroidery as well as the rear.

      Next up are 3 that I have my doubts on! But, in saying this, I really am no expert on cloth badges, so, somebody here may just pleasantly surprise me

            The reverse. There were several other badges in this lot, which I have not displayed, as I`m convinced they`re original.

                  Specialty patches

                  Greetings Dion,

                  They all look like good originals! The Luft flying Technical patches are very nice. The three that you had second thoughts about are:
                  1.Later pattern medical patch that has been trimmed
                  2.Early Infantry signallers patch 3.early Farriers patch .
                  All good originals.

                  The navy ones look good as well with one of them being trimmed.

                    WOW!! Many thanks guys, you`ve all made my Sunday! Just goes to show, some of the ones I thought were bad have actually turned out good! I`m very happy and once again, many thanks to those that answered my thread.
