Collarpatch:Blitz +74 = 74th Signal Standarte .
For the Gruppe you have to know the collor of the tab.

This is probably an early picture taken between 1933-1938, because in 1938-39 the colar tab for Signal-SA was changed and would only show the lightning blitz without the unit number.
In 1941 the lightning blitz on the colar tab was eliminated and replaced by the lemon yellow branch underlay on the shoulder strap/board.
