Luftwaffe General's Cape Eagle

Thought I might share a new addition to my collection which (I think) will be the centerpiece of my General's insignia. Heck, it will have to be the centerpiece due to its size!

This puppy is a honking nine inches across! I've placed it next to a common Boston Boarding Pass to give it perspective because, for me, 9" just didn't register till I opened the mail today.

I'm told these are rare. I know I haven't seen one for sale although I've seen a few posted here on WAF.
