Tropical Boards

Hello,

I bought this tropical boards some years ago with a Kriegsmarine Konvolut and some HJ items. I was never sure if they are originals, so please help me.

- nothing shines under UV light
- I burned a thread and it smells like hair
- the back material is old Luftwaffe material

Maybe a second pic on the board to the left's backside would help. But the right one is a clear no, no for me.

Sorry @Hasse.M, it's definitly a pair - the same materials and the 100% same produktion (look at the stitching at the edge) - if one is bad, than the other also

Any opinions about these shoulder straps? I was wondering if they are orginal boards with the blue wool on the bottom side, if they exist.

These boards are fakes. I found a lot of this type on some German shows since I posted this thread. The piping is not from rayon, but from a very close to rayon woven cotton.
I sold this boards as fakes on German ebay for little money again.

The Rayon-piping is not a real one. Found the same imitation on Pz-boards.
