Interesting LW straps

Hi

I am inspecting a LW NCO upgraded flierbluse tunic. The straps are sewn in. The underside of the straps are fieldgraw rather than gray. I would appreciate any help as I collect mostly Heer.

The straps are professionally inserted.

These strike me as slip ons that were modified (butchered?) and then sewn in to the shoulder.
