What is this insignia?

I bought a luftwaffe tunic many years ago and on the left sleeve was this insignia.I'm not up with german insignia and was wondering if someone could help me out. The insignia is whiter in color than in the photo.Thanks!

The patch is for a Flakartillerie Horcher (Anti-aircraft Artillery Sound Locator).
