M43 Jäger Badge Is It Real ??

<center>Would appericate some comments on this one : My opinion is mixed, the metal are hard enough but Im no expert in this badges, so the pins are the ones who are my "problem"</center><center></center>

Hi Carl, I too have not seen a Jager oakleaf cap badge with pins like this before?
I do like the detail to the front of the badge. I am not aware of these badges being widely faked as they are not that "sexy" lacking an eagle and swastika
Sorry I cannot help you more. Maybe one of the other members will help?
I have attached a pic of the front of my Jager cap badge, which has the conventional three pin attachment. The level of detail is similar.
    Cheers, Ade.

      Thanks Adrian !

I hope some of the other members can contribute with more details on the back side, since thats the aera that seems to give them away !

      Best regards

        Hi,
Nothing wrong with that one IMO.
I had one like this for a long time and sold it to a member lately.
I also have a original Luftwaffe cap eagle with pins like that.

if this one is the one I think it is, you may get one much cheaper at niemanns.....

Hi - For what it's worth I've had one with the same pins since the late 70's. Came out of Houston gun show as throw in on a gun deal. IMO it's as right as they get. When I got it my ffl was under jager collectibles - how could I pass it up? billh
