The tunic looks fine. The breast eagle is most likely replaced. Even if this tunic originally had this early-style eagle, I would expect to see a better example with a larger wool backing / border. After looking at the high-quality embroidery of the "13" on each shoulder board, there is a good chance this tunic originally had an Officer-quality, hand-embroidered bullion breast eagle, something easy enough to find.

Larry is an honest dealer with whom I have dealt before and I always enjoy meeting him at shows.

Nice original 'rock with a replaced bird, IMO. Email Larry and see if he can see any marking to the interior, although it is quite probably a private purchase tunic.
