Help with trouser Heer or KM or?

Can anyone help me in identifying a pair of trousers I have had for sometime. The only thing close is a pair of KM coastal artillery pants. They have adjusters on the sides no buttons on the pockets and patches on the knees, which have been tailored in, in matching material. Any ideas? Nick.

Is a period tailor made by construction.

Thank for that. They could be private perchance combat pants as the quality is a little ordinary. However I have been thinking down the kriegsmarine rout. I have compared the field grey colour with a KM side cap I have and it is very close. Did KM field grey vary, as much is Heer uniform?

These are tailor made whatever they are, I suspect as others noted field pants for an officer.

The range of FG colors between the shades of Army/WSS and KM FA are so close it really means very little to try and compare them.
