KM Admiral tunic?

I saw this tunic and since my last name is admiraal (dutch for admiral) i might buy it if its cheap, BUT, i don't know much about KM, hell this tunic can even be post-war, so any opinion is welcome

Rick...the rank indicates Leutnant. I can't tell from those photos if it's a good one or not...or what navy it came from.

Based on those pictures I'm not getting a warm feeling. The cut of the tunic seems wrong and there should be more buttons.
