LW Insignia - input put please.

Hello fellow collectors,


A friend of mine has asked me to find out wether these two LW eagles are good or bad as well what they were used for. Since I haven't got any knowledge on these two I thought this would be the best place to ask for oppinions. Both eagles are rather large approx 18-20 centimeters I was told.

First up is what i belive to be an eagle for the LW cape:

And a bit odd birdie with red backing - for some kind of a pendant or?

The first eagle is for the dress cape.

The second eagle, on red, is for the badge cloth felt flakgruppe command flag.
